Crash reports

Send crash reports and logs to SpaceTime? The launcher asks once, after you first sign in, and the answer is off unless you say yes. You can change it in the launcher's Settings at any time.

When you have said yes and the game exits after a crash, the launcher sends one bundle: the crash file, the last 256 KB of the game's log, the last 64 KB of the launcher's log, and a short record of the build, the launcher version, the game, the platform and the line the crash threw. The bundle is tied to your account and to nothing else: no IP address, no hardware serial, no pilot name. At most five a day are accepted from an account, and each bundle is kept for ninety days and then deleted. Nothing is read or sent when the answer is no.
